It’s nearing election time in the UK. I wish I could say I’m excited by it, but I’m not. There is still some time to go before we will know the outcome. We will just have to see what happens on July 4th.

It would be nice to go on a day trip. Somewhere, anywhere. I could really do with a break at the moment. I’m not sure where to go or what would be the best activity to do when I get there. Is there a day trip that you would like to take? Maybe, to a different state or city. What would you do when you got there? Let me know via email.

I am still trying to finish writing the remaining chapters of the novel. I have been really busy the last two weeks and I have not been able to devote as much time as I wanted to this. Hopefully, it will be worth the long wait. It does look increasingly likely that I will have to split it into two – which means there will be two books instead of one! Once I finish the first draft, I will send out the second sample chapter.
